Hamza Driouich is currently working as a Project Manager in a sports consultancy. His parents were born in Morocco, but him and his four siblings were born in Barcelona. Since childhood, basketball has been a fundamental part of Hamza's life. He started playing basketball at the age of 9, and has always believed that this sport has helped him grow both personally and professionally.

Not only did basketball instill values and discipline in Hamza, it was key in helping him get into college, where he majored in Economics and earned a master's degree in secondary school teaching. Hamza has always felt that basketball was an essential tool in his personal growth, and that is why he is passionate about passing on these values to others.

One of the projects that makes Hamza feel the most proud is an initiative he created to help Moroccan boys and girls through basketball. They provide equipment so that they can have the opportunity to play basketball and in this way receive the same values that helped form Hamza as a person.

One of Hamza's great passions is to use sport as a development tool, and is committed to transmitting these values through sport to contribute to the formation of people of integrity and commitment to their environment.
