Joe Arlauckas was a skilled American power-forward that crossed the Atlantic after just one season in the NBA. After that, he moved to Spain and started to forge his legend as an exceptional and powerful player. Playing at Caja de Ronda (nowadays known as Unicaja Malaga), Baskonia and Real Madrid. Joe won the 93/94 ACB League, ’95 Euroleague and the ‘97 European Winner’s Cup during his 5 seasons playing at Real Madrid.

Joe, along with his wife, own and operate a successful gym in Madrid from the F45 international franchise, called F45 Barrio Salamanca. He is also a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague TV commentator and hosts “The Crossover” podcast. And Joe is a fully committed ambassador of Euroleague Basketball’s One Team and of the league's sustainability projects.
