Michele Samaden has a degree in sports science and is a national mini-basketball instructor. He has been working with EA7 Emporio Armani Olimpia Milano for 12 seasons. He started coaching mini basket in his hometown of San Donato Milanese as an instructor before arriving to Olimpia as an assistant minibasket instructor. When he started at Olimpia mini basket was not yet an offering.    
   
Sport has always been very important in Michele’s family. He practiced different types of sports since childhood but basketball was the sport he fell in love with at the age of 10. Since then basketball has been a huge part of his life: first as a player, then as an instructor and finally as a manager. His passion for sport and basketball has taken different shapes and forms over the years, transforming itself from a simple game to a profession and a way of living life.    
   
Sport is also an integral part of Michele’s life from an educational point of view. He practices sport every day and tries to pass on what sport continues to teach him to the younger generations. In Olimpia, Michele deals with young people and sports. He has the head of Youth Development Program, the program Olimpia dedicates to young people to spread the values of basketball and sport. He started off his One Team journey as a coach and is now the One Manager, always ready to return to court when necessary.
