The 2024 One Team Annual Workshop will once again be gathering the One Team family in Barcelona, Spain for an exciting two days of learning, connecting and reflection on a successful season!

We will be hearing from an amazing array of speakers, sharing best practice and their experiences from within the One Team family, as well as external guest speakers, bringing new perspectives and expert knowledge. We are really looking forwards to re-connecting with everyone and to welcoming this year’s newcomers into the family. As well as continuing to build longstanding relationships, Workshop attendees will share valuable insights and learnings to take back to their individual One Team Programs.

This year, the Workshop will focus on the Gold Standard and Unique Value of One Team and how to enhance the impact the program has on those involved. Workshop attendees will engage with a balanced mix of content – this includes high energy best practice sessions on-court and listening to effective learning sessions, focusing on a range of topics in the amphitheatre. In particular, the Workshop’s on-court content will demonstrate a range of applicable methodologies and best practice around engaging program participants. Whereas, presentations and highlighted sessions will cover learnings from One Team events throughout the year, tips and tools to enhance your program’s communications, how to maximise your partnerships with sponsors; as well as a question and answers session with an equity and inclusion expert. 

As well as formal learning sessions, there will be lots of time to engage and network to support One Team’s unique collaborative approach and meet others within the One Team family. The Workshop is an opportunity to take new and exciting ideas, as well as new connections back to your own programs and continue to make further impact within your communities.
