Lucy Mills is the Founder & Chief Catalyst at Ready Sport Global (READY), a consultancy and learning hub innovating at the intersection of sport, technology, and social impact. READY teams up with athletes, sports organizations, universities, and companies worldwide to design and deliver impactful strategies, solutions, and programs. Prior to founding READY, Lucy worked in sport for development in Europe and Africa for 16 years, including 4 years leading international programs at FC Barcelona Foundation. With expertise in designing and facilitating inclusive sports-based projects, Lucy has collaborated with a wide range of sports organizations and non-profits, including Beyond Sport, Women Win, ChildFund Rugby, and Football Against Racism in Europe. Lucy is a professor of sport and innovation at Emlyon Business School in France and an associate lecturer in football and sustainable development at the University of Salford in the UK. She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cape Town and resides in Barcelona, Spain.
