From a young age, Peneolpe was very active with rhythmic gymnastics sports, and then with basketball. Penelope graduated from Democritus University in physical education, majoring  in Basketball, Tennis and Sport Management.   

She is also a fitness expert, trainer in dance and hip hop, official instructor in Congresses and Seminars.   
Since 2009 is working in Olympiacos BC. Events & Projects manager focusing in running a variety of Olympiacos BC Sustainability & Responsibility Programs , such as volunteers, disabled people, schools-education. At the same time Penny is responsible for Entertainment Programs Of Olympiacos BC Fans, such as Together we fly, Arena entertainment and Spectacle events during games, Mastercard BC & more.  

She has been devoted to One Team since 2012 as a Coach, and later as a One Team Manager as well.
